December, 2009: I have a print of leaves that I took at Locust Grove (the Samuel F. B. Morse Estate) in Poughkeepsie at the Barrett Art Center Member's Show, 55 Noxon St., Poughkeepsie, NY.

January, 2010: I have three prints going to Rochester for the WOW! show at the Image City Photography Center at 722 University Avenue, Rochester, NY, a short distance from the George Eastman House. It is thier Third Annual Juried Show. It opens on January 2, 2010, and my wife, daughter and I will be there!

April, 2010: Photowork! Another image accepted! This is of the Upper Ninth Ward, and a Shotgun style house that bears the scars of multiple inspections from Hurricane Katrina, and the inability to do the work needed to restore it. My heart goes out to those in New Orleans.

April, 2010: The Advanced Photography Critique Group at Barrett. I have three images of Yellowstone National Park from my trip there in the summer of 2009. The quietness of some of the lesser known areas is a joy to show.

June, 2010: The River Winds curated show at the Wells Fargo Investors in Rhinebeck. My sincere thanks to Mary Ann Glass for suggesting and hanging this show, and it is great. I have five images there, ranging from Al Capone's Cell at Eastern State Penitentiary int he fron lobby, to images of Yellowstone and from the Walkway over the Hudson when ice was on the Hudson, and one of my favorite fall images of the walls at Locust Grove.

June, 2010: The Members Show at Barrett: I put in the walls at Locust Grove. The fall leaves and color drape the stone walls that curve and lead in all directions, but the light is wonderful.

I have exhibited in many local galleries and locations. I have had work displayed at the Design Center at IBM Poughkeepsie and the Executive Dining Room. I have had images displayed at Rhinebeck Savings Bank with other artists through the Dutchess County Arts Council, and my daughter Emily and I both have an image in the 2008 Calendar that the Dutchess County Arts Council has produced. I have been part of a show at Barrett Art Cener with the continuing photography classes, and welcome and benefit from the direction and critique of Eric Lindbloom and Dan McCormack, and all of the regulars of that group. Check it out if you are interested with the Barrett Art Center.

I enjoy entering photographs in juried shows, and have been fortunate to have work accepted for many years in Photoworks, the Annual juried show at the Barrett Art Center. I am looking for other opportunities to display my work besides my website, so if you like what you see, and have a gallery or work space that would welcome my work, please contact me to work out the arrangements for a show.

You can e-mail me about any of the photographs on the site for purchase. All of the images can be printed to 8" by 10" full frame, or up to 13" by 19" full frame. Certain iamges could even be made larger without a loss of resolution. They are available custom matted, dry mounted on form core, or framed with a black metal frame. Please e-mail with any questions or comments.

You can also ask me about purchasing a photograph by e-mail to me at Bill@Boglephoto.com.
